As part of sustained efforts to deepen strategic partnerships that improve livelihoods for youth and women across the African continent, the Managing Director of Africa Projects Development Centre Group (APDC), Dr Chiji Ojukwu, alongside members of the management team, hosted Dr Obiageli Okafor, Deputy Director of Research and Development at the Raw Materials Research and Development Council, accompanied by Mr Obiora, Officer of the Plastic Rubber and Foam Division.
In closed-door sessions, discussions centred on partnerships and collaboration to expand the scope and impact of the Centre's mission alongside partners from across the country. As customary, she was given a tour of the facilities, which left a lasting impression. Dr Okafor remarked: "The level of organisation and enthusiasm in this organisation is outstanding. The standards here are uncommon in the industry, and I'm eager for collaboration between our institutions."
This visit further underscored the importance of strategic collaboration between federal and development institutions to drive sustainable innovation, job creation, and economic diversification through agripreneurial adoption. The Centre looks forward to a fruitful collaboration.
