The Africa Projects Development Project (APDC) yesterday 15 April, launched the opening ceremony for two training programs: European Union financed Healthy Diets 4 Africa (HD4A) Cohort 2, and the AfDB financed Creating Sustainable Youths MSMEs through Urban Farming (SYMUF) Cohort 4.
The Africa Projects Development Centre Group (APDC) launched Cohort 4 of the IFAD AgriHub Project and Cohort III of the SYMUF Project on March 26th, 2024 with an opening ceremony. These programmes are designed to equip young Africans with agribusiness skills, empowering them to tackle unemployment and build sustainable livelihoods.
The Centre recently hosted a special guest, Chief Kola Akosile, the Vice President of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) During his visit, Chief Kola engaged with members of the centre's management team, led by Maaruf Yakub, the Director of Programmes, Partnerships, and Policy.
The Centre recently welcomed a special guest - Chiamaka Aniakor, Special Assistant on Sustainable Development Goals and Social Development to the Senate Minority Whip, Senator Osita Ngwu (Enugu West Senatorial District), Federal Republic of Nigeria. During her visit, Ms. Aniakor engaged with the Centre's management and staff. After touring the demonstration facility, she admired the Centre's work.
